Orders will be delivered by various courier companies depending on the destination country or region. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and a valid shipping address that is confirmed to be accessible by local couriers. Please note that once the order is shipped from our warehouse, the distribution process is no longer under our control. The seller is not liable for any delivery delays caused by reasons beyond our control (e.g., inaccurate address provided, courier company issues). Any delays and costs arising from address modifications initiated by the buyer during the delivery process shall be borne by the buyer. In the event of delivery delays or package loss caused by the courier company, the buyer should contact the courier company first. If the resolution is hindered, please contact us, and we will liaise with the courier company to assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Delivery Information
Please provide accurate delivery information, including your email address, telephone number, and shipping address. After placing your order, please check your email and keep your phone accessible so that our customer service or courier staff can reach you if necessary.
For international orders, please provide the correct country code. For orders shipped within mainland China, please provide the shipping address in Chinese (do not use pinyin). For orders shipped to Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, or Taiwan, China, please provide the shipping address in English. Providing addresses in other languages may result in delivery delays.
Delivery information requirements may vary based on the transportation policies of different countries. From order placement to successful delivery, the seller may request additional relevant information needed for transportation.
Special attention is required for orders shipped to certain regions. For example:
- For orders shipped to Russia, please provide the company name and corresponding address. If this information is not provided, the delivery duration may be extended.
- For orders shipped to Brazil, a personal tax number must be provided; otherwise, the order will not be accepted by the logistics company.
- For orders shipped to Taiwan, China, the recipient must be authenticated on the “EZ Way” APP.
Delivery and Tracking
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If there is an issue processing your order, we will notify you via email and may request additional relevant information.
Your order will be processed within 14 days. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Since different courier companies will deliver goods in different countries or regions, you can track your order using the link and courier number provided in the email.
Please ensure that you can be reached via the email address provided and regularly check your email to respond promptly, ensuring smooth shipment and delivery of your order.
Duty Charged by Importing Country and Other Taxes
Please note that the prices listed on our website do not include duties charged by the importing country or other related local taxes. Once the order arrives in the destination country or region, local customs will levy taxes and fees, which must be paid by the buyer. Since taxation policies vary by country or region, we are unable to estimate the exact amount. Please ensure you have checked the applicable rates in your country or region to determine the taxes and fees you may be required to pay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As taxes and fees are incurred once the order arrives in the destination country or region, they are the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of whether the order is signed for and accepted by the buyer or not.
